My interest in more contemporary assymetrical work has grown steadily over the years. By nature I love to see baskets that combine aesthetics, good technique and function. All of these more experimental shapes still retain the basic nature of a basket, a container made to be used. I still haven't quite managed to produce a totally non functional work of basketry
